“MEGANE-What?”

If you’ve ever wondered about our name—MEGANE (pronounced meh-gah-neh) is the Japanese word for glasses. It’s our homage to the art of Japanese eyewear, where design and detail are revered, and no frame is ever ordinary.

The name MEGANE reflects our commitment to this philosophy: sourcing only the best artisan frames from globally recognized ateliers who craft with heart, hand, and precision.

You’ll find us in the heart of Costa Mesa, in the thoughtfully curated Paseo 17 shopping plaza on 17th Street. Our boutique is tucked into Suite #109, right between Milligram Coffee & Kitchen and Beauty With A Mission—an inviting stop just a few minutes from the coast of Newport Beach.
