Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns & exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your item. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we do charge a 15% restocking fee for each order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, in pristine condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase if your item was received as a gift. Please see exceptions to returns below.
With the exception of damaged items upon receipt, we are currently unable to offer free shipping for returns, making the customers responsible for all shipping costs related to their purchase's return shipping. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label if requested for a small standard shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage on arrival, manufacturer defect, or incorrect order:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Frame is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If applicable, we will exchange the frame free of charge for a replacement frame or solve the issue as best we can.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following reasons below do not qualify for return or exchange:
- Scratches on Demo Lenses: Some demo lenses are installed for the purpose of holding the frame shape and are not recommended to be worn unless stated to be optical grade lenses. If they are plastic demo lenses it is recommended to either change them to prescription lenses or remove the demo lenses for frame style purposes.
- Unbalanced Frames/Nosepad Position: Handmade frames, especially acetate frames may become slightly unbalanced during storing/shipping. This can be easily adjusted by heating and tweaking. The nosepad position should also be adjusted to fit your face shape after purchasing. We recommend having all eyewear adjusted and customized to fit your face.
- Any Frame with Customized Lenses, including but not limited to: prescriptions, custom material, blue light or any other lens customizations. We advise customers to try-on the frame first or buy only the frame if they are unsure, then come back to install custom prescription/blue light lenses once you are satisfied with your purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
