Shipping Policy
SHIPPING FOR ONLINE ORDERS
We offer FREE shipping to regular online orders shipping within the US. International orders have a shipping fee of $25. There is no minimum order requirement, simply add your items to the cart and check out.
SHIPPING FOR IN-STORE ORDERS
In-store purchases made at MEGANE Elevated Optical can be ground shipped to a location of your choice. Shipping fees are the same as online orders, $15 within the U.S. and $30 internationally.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
With the exception of damaged items, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We are currently unable to offer free return shipping. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
MEGANE will not be held responsible for the following:
- Errors made by postal services (USPS/UPS)
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Damage caused during transit
- PO box complications
- Stolen packages after delivery

SHIPPING WITH LENSES
Please note orders with lenses can take anywhere between 3-14 days to ship out depending on the complexity of the lens ordered and available stock at the lab.
If you’re getting prescription lenses installed, we recommend picking up your order in-store so our optician can provide a final fitting and adjustment. If that’s not possible, we suggest visiting a local optical store for the final fitting and adjustment.
