Finally had a chance to write this review and will say that Megane Optical is by far, not only one of the best optical shops around, but the picture of how a great community business should be ran. I’ve received nothing but sincere and thoughtful service from Josh and Ashley from my first emails with them to the welcoming handful of visits that followed thereafter. After a string of questionable service from other places lately, I can say with absolute certainty that you do get what you pay for and much more at Megane. I absolutely adore my new Moscots and can rest assured that they were put together with care and precision. I do urge anyone to at least give Josh and Ashley a visit if you’re wanting high quality eyewear without any of the fluff, if not only to check out their beautiful shop in one of the best parts of Costa Mesa. Very cool people that will make sure you are being met in your expectations. Thank you both once again for the genuinely amazing service.

Ash and Yoko were incredibly helpful and made the whole process fun and easy. They really took the time to understand my style and helped me find the perfect addition to my eyeglass collection. I ended up choosing a gorgeous pair from Barton Perreira, and I couldn’t be happier with them! They also walked me through all the lens options in a way that felt informative but not overwhelming, which I really appreciated. Since I live in San Diego, I was especially impressed that when my glasses were ready (in under a week!), Josh shipped them to me free of charge—such a thoughtful touch and great customer service. Overall, I felt so taken care of and genuinely enjoyed the entire experience. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Orange County!
