MEO Warranty Introduction:

The MEGANE Elevated Optical warranty program is designed to give our customers peace of mind when investing in their eyewear. For a nominal upfront fee of just 15% of their purchase, customers can enjoy one year of comprehensive coverage against accidental damage or breakage, excluding loss or theft. If customers need to make a claim, they will only need to pay a small co-pay of 10% for each part (frame and lenses) or 20% for the complete pair, based on their original purchase price.

 

Here is how it works:

Let's say a customer purchases a frame and lens package for $300 and opts into our MEO Warranty Program for an upfront fee of 15% ($45). If they accidentally break their frame or lenses within the first year, they can get a replacement with only a 10% co-pay for each part, which would be $30 for the frame, $30 for the lenses, or $60 for both. With this program, they could receive a whole new set of frames and lenses that originally cost $300 for a total payment of just $105.
